Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 125 mlButter (0.25 cup) room temperature
  2. 125-250 gsugar (0.25 - 0.5 cup)
  3. 5 mlvanilla essence (1ts)
  4. 2eggs (room temperature)
  5. 500 mlcake flower (2 cups)
  6. 10 mlbaking powder (2 ts)
  7. 2.5 mlsalt (0.5 ts)
  8. 4-6ripe bananas mashed with a fork

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 ’C (350 ’F)
    Grease and line bread pan

  2. 2

    Mix butter and sugar to creamy and add vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Add eggs one by one and mix well

  4. 4

    Sift dry ingredients together and slowly add to mixture

  5. 5

    Add mashed bananas and stir well

  6. 6

    Dish dough into pan

    Bake 1 hour (30min for muffins)

    Leave to cool and cut into slices, serve with butter
