Super healthy tasty dry fruits Makhana kheer

Steps

Heat the pan. Add 2 tsp ghee
And add one cup Makhana and roast it on medium heat.
Roast until it turns crunchy
Then transfer to bowl. - 2
Then take a mixture jar add some almond cashew nuts roasted Makhana churn to make powder. Then take one litre full fat milk boiled it properly for 3 minutes add 1/2 cup sugar boil continuously until the milk reduced and add churned mixture.

Add roasted Makhana 1tsp cardamom powder and saffron strands. Now our super healthy tasty dry fruits Makhana keer is ready. Then transfer to a serving bowl. Decorate with chopped almond cashew nuts pista nuts and rains. Serve to Lord Krishna. And we enjoy Krishna Janmashtami Utsav.
