Ingredients

20 min (1 hr 10 min if you include thawing time)
1 serving
  1. 1raw tuna loin
  2. 1avocado
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsesame oil
  4. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  6. 1lemon
  7. 1 tablespoonJapanese mayonnaise (optional)
  8. Salt

Steps

20 min (1 hr 10 min if you include thawing time)
  1. 1

    Cut the thawed tuna into cubes and place them in a bowl.

    Cut the avocado into small cubes and place them in a separate bowl.

    Cut the lemon in half.

  4. 4

    Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon over the tuna, and the juice from the other half over the avocado.

    Add a little salt to both the avocado and the tuna.

    Mix the avocado with everything you've added to it.

    Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and mayonnaise to the tuna.

    Mix the tuna well.
