    Peel the sweet potato.

    Peel the onion.

    Peel the garlic.

    Cut the pork belly into small pieces and slice the onion.

    Melt the butter over low heat in a large Dutch oven.

    Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until browned. Transfer to a plate.

    Cut the beef into chunks.

    Add the beef to the Dutch oven and brown on all sides.

    Add the wine, stir, then add the bouquet garni.

    Season with black pepper, stir, and press the garlic.

    Skim and stir regularly.

Comment différencier facilement les beurres dans le réfrigérateur ?

Si comme moi nous n aimez pas conserver les beurres différents dans leur papier d emballage il suffit de coller des étiquettes sur les différents beurriers afin de ne commettre aucun impair en cuisine (je plastifie les étiquettes et elles supportent plusieurs lavages)

Comment conserver longtemps les carottes

Il suffit tout simplement de les acheter non lavées la terre (ou le sable) les protègent et garantissent une plus longue conservation

Comment avoir du laurier du jardin toute l année

Je récolte et fais sécher à plat des petites branches de laurier lors de la taille de mon laurier sauce je les mets ensuite dans un grand panier tressé en bambou naturel

Comment utiliser la couenne de la poitrine de porc fumée

Je n’ achète jamais les lardons du commerce les faire soi même est tellement meilleur 😋 je découpe la couenne et la conserve pour cuire les pommes de terre sautées c est un régal

Comment rendre l ail plus digeste

Ôter le germe avant de presser/ hacher les gousses d ail

Comment profiter pleinement des navets primeurs (astuce anti gaspi)

Lorsque je cuisine des navets primeurs (toutes les sortes) je ne jette pas les fanes

Comment utiliser rapidement les bouillons maison préalablement congelés

J utilise la fonction décongélation du micro ondes pour tous mes bouillons gain de temps assuré
