Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  2. 1 tspsalt, red chilli powder, haldi, jeera and garam masala
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 4chopped tomatoes
  5. Halfchopped bell peppers, brinjal, capsicum, tomato and onion
  6. 2 leavescabbage sliced medium
  7. 2big pieces of cauliflower
  8. 4 pieceschopped potato
  9. 4 slicesonion
  10. 1 tbspgreen peas
  11. 1spring leaf chopped
  12. Halfcarrot sliced into long shape
  13. 1 tbspsweet corn
  14. 2boiled baby corn
  15. 4soaked nutrella
  16. 2boiled mushrooms sliced
  17. 3 tbspoil
  18. Halfcheese cube

Steps

    On low heat, in 1 tbsp oil, add kasuri methi, salt, haldi, garam masala, red chilli powder and jeera.
    Roast well the ingredients.

    Add ginger garlic paste and cook again for 5 mins.
    Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
    Cover with lid.

  3. 3

    Once cooked, put the cooked tomatoes into grinder.
    After grinding, keep aside.

  4. 4

    Now in 1 tbsp oil, roast chopped brinjal, bell peppers, Capsicum, potato, onion, spring leaves, nutrella, mushroom, sweetcorn, baby corn, cabbage, cauliflower, green peas and carrot.

  5. 5

    Add a pinch of salt and cook for 15 mins on medium flame.
    Cover with lid.

    After veggies are cooked, add the grinded Tangy tomato puree into veggies.
    Stir well, cover it and cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
    Now grate cheese cube for garnish.
