Drain the water from the canned tuna, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well. It tastes better with a little extra salt.

Divide the seaweed into 4 equal parts.

Prepare four thin cucumber sticks, each about 7cm long.

Place sushi rice, tuna, and cucumber on the nori seaweed and roll it up like a bouquet.

When eating, add soy sauce or wasabi to taste.
By the way, sushi rice can be made by mixing 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar well with 500g of warm rice and letting it cool. I like sushi rice, so I make a lot of it and freeze it in small portions.
