Ingredients

  • 250 gmBoiled rice
  • 4 tbspCoconut oil
  • 1 tspn Mustard seeds
  • 1 tspn Urad dal
  • 1 tspn Gram dal
  • 4Red chillies
  • 2Chopped green chilies
  • Cashew nuts
  • pieceChopped ginger small
  • leavesCurry
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1/2shell Grated coconut
  • salt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, red chillies, green chilies, cashew nuts ginger and curry leaves.

    Add coconut just cook few minutes. Mix with all incrediance, not golden.

    Add rice, coriander leaves and salt mix well. Coconut Rice ready to serve.
