Ingredients

  • 1 cupsattu powder/roasted chana powder
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 tablespoonscashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoonsalmonds
  • 1/4 cupmilk powder
  • 1/4 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoonsfresh malai /cream
  • 7-8strings saffron soaked in 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tablespoonspistachios chopped

    Firstly,take sugar,cashew, almonds and cardamom powder in grinding Jar and grind it finely.

    Now add the mixture in mixing bowl. Add milk powder and desiccated coconut in it.add fresh cream or malai to in it.

    Now add sattu powder to in it Gently mix everything.

    Now add saffron soaked milk to the mixture.mix it properly and binding the mixture. Grease your palm with ghee and roll the dough in square shape. (shape as your choice).

    Now cut them into square pieces and Garnish with chopped pistachios. So the healthy sattu bite is ready instantly. You can Store it in airtight container in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
