Quick and easy beef and broccoli

Cooking Instructions

Put meat in a bowl with 2 tbsp soy sauce and ginger, mix well.

Heat your wok or frying pan to very hot.

Add oil and coat the sides well.

Add beef and broccoli and stir-fry until meat changes colour – about 2 minutes.

Dissolve corn-starch into the beef stock and stir in remaining soy sauce and sesame oil.

Add to the beef and broccoli.
- 7
Stir until the sauce thickens. Serve with a salad

Except for waiting for meat to marinate,( which is worth the wait) , this is a quick, easy meal. I don't add salt in my recipe because of the soy sauce. Taste the sauce before adding the broccoli and add if you feel necessary. Taylor Topp Comacho -
