Kuttu Curry (Kerala Sadya)

Kuttu curry is a much-loved part of sadya, the traditional Onam feast celebrated in Kerala, India, which features a vibrant variety of vegetarian dishes served on a banana leaf. Over the past few years, I’ve made it a personal tradition to add one special recipe to our sadya—a dish I prepare with love every Onam to make the celebration even more memorable.
