Steps

Soak Lima beans overnight. Next day boli it in a pressure cooker till soft and mashy.

Soak tamarind and chopped jaggery in a warm water for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add carom seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chillies ginger, turmeric powder Saute it well.

Add boiled Lima beans with water.

Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and tamarind jaggery water.

Mix everything well, let it Cook for 5 minutes.All the ingredients have blended well.

Garnish with chopped green coriander.

The most tangy sabji is ready to serve.
