Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbutter or margarine (softened)
  2. 1 cupJiff peanut butter
  3. 1 cupwhite granulated sugar
  4. 1 cupbrown sugar
  5. 2 1/2 cupsflour
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  9. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  10. 1 teaspoonstrawberry extract or flavoring
  11. 1/2 cuphoney (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the oven at 350° F

    Take one cup of softened butter (it can be a full butterstick melted in the microwave) and put it into the mixer

  3. 3

    Measure out 1 full cup of Jiff Peanut Butter and put it into the mixer with the butter

  4. 4

    Measure out 1 cup of white sugar and put into the mixer

  5. 5

    Measure out 1 cup of brown sugar and put it into the mixer

  6. 6

    Put 2 1/2 cups of flour into the mixer

  7. 7

    After that, start mixing while you crack the eggs

  8. 8

    Pour the eggs into the batter while the mixer is mixing

  9. 9

    Add in 1 teaspoon of baking soda while mixing

  10. 10

    Add in 1 teaspoon of baking powder while mixing

  11. 11

    Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla while mixing

  12. 12

    Add 1 teaspoon of strawberry extract or flavoring while mixing

    Wait till all steps are completely blended together (note: the batter should clump)

    Once the batter is ready, pull out two baking sheets and spray them with Canola Oil

  15. 15

    Using a scooper, scoop the batter into balls and put them on the baking sheets

  16. 16

    Once ready, put the baking sheets into the oven at 350° and set the cook time for 8 minutes

  17. 17

    Once those 8 minutes are up, using oven mits carefully taking out the baking sheets and set them on the stove

  18. 18

    Before you do anything with the cookies, set the stove timer for 10 minutes to give the cookies time to finish baking on the pans

  19. 19

    After those 10 minutes, use a spatuel to remove the cookies from the sheets and they are ready to enjoy!
