3and 1/2 cups of flour
1full teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt
225 gramsbutter
2 cupsbrown sugar
6egg whites
4 teaspoonsvanilla essence
1 cupsour cream
1 cupmilk

Preheat the oven and line 24 cup -muffin cakes on a pan.

In a container, mix the dry ingredients. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Thoroughly mix will.

Now for the wet ingredients, beat (mix using your hand as an alternative) the butter on high speed until smooth.

Add sugar and mix again until smooth and creamy.

Now add the egg whites and vanilla essence and continue mixing.

Mix until well and add the sour cream. Continue to mix.

Now mix the wet mixture into the dry and add milk while mixing.

Now pour the batter into the cup. Fill only half of the cup to avoid spillage.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until well baked. Allow enough cool time before decorating.
