Ingredients

  1. 200 gsugar
  2. 80 gsalted butter
  3. 240 ml wiping cream (room temperature)
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Put the sugar in a pot and turn on the heat to medium, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Reduce the heat, add the butter until the butter melts into the sugar.

    Remove the pot from the heat and slowly add the whipped cream. Stir until it becomes creamy. Bring it back to a simmer over low heat again until thick. Lift and leave to cool.
