Steps

Wash your beef,cow skin and dry fish with warm salty water.. put in a clean pot and season with onion, salt, pepper and Maggi.. cook for 5min.

Wash your water leaf and chop.. wash your bitter leaf with salt very to remove bitterness

Pour your blended melon in a bowl.. add warm water to it.. and stir well.. stir till it becomes thick..

Put a dry pot on fire..pour your red oil into the pot.. allow the oil to get hot.. then take your melon and pour in the pot.. stir very well.. allow to cook for 2min..

Pour in your beef, cow skin and dry fish into the melon pot..

Pour your vegetables together.. add a little quality of salt.. and 4 cubes of Maggi..

Allow to cook for 5min..

Your melon soup is ready.. it can be served with garri,semovita,starch,pounded yam or wheat
