Guvar Muthiya (cluster beans)

Take dhokla flour, add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Bind it well with some water. Wash Gawar and keep it ready. Add oil in the pan. Add mustard and let it crackle. Add Asafoetida and green chillies and ginger paste.

Add gawar and 5 to 6 glass of water. Add turmeric, salt and baking soda and let it boil. Meanwhile prepare muthiya in small size.

Add muthiya in the boiled water and continue to boil till muthiyas are cooked. Enjoy muthiya as it is or with rice.
