In a mixing bowl, place gram flour, trmeric powder and curd, using an electric beater, beat to a smooth consistency.

In a wok heat oil, add garlic, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida, wait for 30 seconds. Pour the curd mixture, add salt, bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring constantly.

About boondi, when about to serve.

Serve hot with rice.
