Ingredients

  • Potato 2, diced
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 Cup, washed and chopped
  • Garlic cloves 5, chopped finely
  • Green chili 2, chopped finely
  • 3 TablespoonMustard oil
  • To TasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok, heat oil, add garlic and chili, wait for few seconds. Add in the potatoes and fenugreek leaves, cook covered for about 10 minutes, stirring

  2. 2

    Uncover and season with salt, stir fry for another 7 to 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve with dal and roti.
