Sunth ( dry ginger powder) pak recipe is made from ginger powder, dry fruits, dry coconut powder. Sunth pak is very healthy and provides warmth to the body specially in winter season.

Sunth ( dry ginger powder) pak recipe is made from ginger powder, dry fruits, dry coconut powder. Sunth pak is very healthy and provides warmth to the body specially in winter season.
Steps

Heat ghee in a kadai, add gund powder, roast for 2 minutes.

Add wheat flour, roast it slightly change colour. Roast for 6 minutes.

Add dry ginger powder and ganthoda powder mix it well.

Add dry coconut powder, roast for 1 minutes.add chopped cashew and almonds.

Add cardamom powder. Switch off the gad and add jaggery. Give a nice mix.

Remove the mixture in gresed plate, make sqare cut, let it cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped almonds.

Dry ginger pak is ready to serve.
