Eggs with Tomatoes (Jaz Maz)

Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Peel the onions and dice them finely. Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely. Dice the hot pepper into small cubes. Sauté everything in olive oil until softened.

Add the eggs, salt, and spices, then stir to combine.

Cook over heat, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
