I’ve been trying to get the recipe right and now even my Chinese family says I made it perfect!

I’ve been trying to get the recipe right and now even my Chinese family says I made it perfect!

Put the spices except the aniseed of the sauce in a grinder and grind into a paste

On a low fire toast the peanuts if they’re not toasted already in a wok pan. Remove them and set aside. In the same pan heat up some oil add, the spice paste and the aniseed. Add the mince meat.

Once the meat is cooked add the soy and hoisin sauces with the rice wine and sugar. When it’s all mixed and heating up quickly add some pak choy or other veggies

Put on a big pot of water to boil.
Add the noodles and boil, be careful to not overcook. We do not want sticky noodles!
When the noodles are ready, just take them straight from the boiling water into the saucepan. We actually want them to go in with a noodle of starchy water - 5
Serve the noodles in a bowl and add the garnish on top
