Mini Pizzas with 10-Minute Dough

Prepare the easy 10-minute dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, using vegetable oil instead of flour for best results.

Cut the dough into circles—I used a small bowl for this. Arrange the circles on a greased baking sheet, then spread the pizza sauce on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
