  • 1 lbextra melt American cheese
  • 4 ozsmoked cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lbChorizo
  • 4jalapenos finely chopped
  • 1 cupHeavy Cream
  • 1/2 cupwhole milk (Lactose Free)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fully cook the chorizo and drain / sop up the fat with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Shred the chorizo and jalapeños in a food processor. It's fine to use puree mode.

  3. 3

    Shred or cube the cheeses.

  4. 4

    Place all ingredients in a crock pot on low heat until fully melted. Stir occasionally to incorporate.
