  • 2eggplant
  • 1whole garlic
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash then cut the eggplant into tound shape.

    Arrange in a plate then scatteted minced garlic on top.

    Boil water in a steamer then steam for 10 to 12 mins.After steaming,remove from fire then pour soy sauce and sesame oil.
