Ingredients

20 minutes plus chilling time
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 packagepanna cotta mix
  2. 1mango
  3. 1 cupvanilla soy milk (250 ml)
  4. 1 cupheavy cream, unsweetened (250 ml)
  5. 1lemon
  6. 2 tablespoonssugar (30 grams)
  7. as neededChocolate shavings,
  8. Tools
  9. 1small saucepan
  10. 1whisk
  11. 4glasses
  12. 1cutting board with knife
  13. 1vegetable peeler
  14. 1skillet
  15. 1wooden spoon
  16. 1citrus juicer
  17. 1electric blender
  18. 1small bowl
  19. Storage
  20. You can store the PANNA COTTA WITH MANGO COULIS in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered with plastic wrap

Steps

20 minutes plus chilling time

    Pour the soy milk and heavy cream into a small saucepan. Heat over medium until it comes to a boil.

    Once boiling, gradually add the panna cotta mix while whisking. Boil for 4-5 minutes, then pour into 4 glasses or molds. Let cool for about 1 hour.

    Meanwhile, prepare the mango: peel it with a vegetable peeler, slice it with a knife, then cut into small pieces.

    Place the mango pieces in a skillet with the strained juice of one lemon and the sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then let cool.

    Once cooled, blend the mixture in an electric blender until smooth. Pour into a small bowl.

    After the panna cotta has set, spoon a layer of mango coulis over each serving. Top with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for another 3-4 hours. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving.

    Another easy dessert to try is RICOTTA AND FRUIT COMPOTE CUPS. They're perfect to make ahead for lunch or dinner.
