#WS Winter season recipe Vegetable Bajara khichadi ,very healthy,warm and tasty recipe.

In pressure cooker add soaked Bajara and soaked moong dal add turmeric powder and salt and cook it for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan add oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, when it cracked add asafoetida,curry leaves,green chilies,chopped onion chopped garlic and soute it for 30 seconds

Add peanuts,grated carrots and chopped methi leaves, soute it for 30 seconds.

Add cooked Bajara and moog dal,add chilli powder,,salt, pepper turmeric powder.and mix it well,cook it for 5 minutes.add ghee and ready your bajara khichadi garnish with coriander and grated coconut and serve hot.
