Heat oil and temper bayleaf and red chilli add potatoes and saute well till it is golden brown.

Add chopped cabbage and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft.Now add green chilli and salt saute well.Add dryfruits stir fry well add mint leaves chopped add ghee and serve with plain rice and chapati.
