It's full of energy, much needed carbs to pull you through the day without any additional meals in between. The peanut powder in this recipe makes it iron and protein rich too . First, turn the soaked sabudana or sago with a fork. Mix in spice powders, salt, sugar, peanut powder and mix well for 2 minutes with a fork.

Then heat ghee in a kadhai. Pop cumin seeds, add ginger chilli paste and saute for a minute. Then add boiled potatoes and mix well. Then add the sabudana and keep turning it all in medium heat till soft and cooked (10 to 15 minutes). Keep adding Pomegranate juice in between to make it soft.

Turn off heat when sago is completely soft, tastes nutty and spicy and flavourful.

Mix in lemon juice, garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve with fresh curd, pickle and papad. Enjoy.
