Croissant French toast

Croissant French Toast is a delightful twist on the classic French toast, utilizing buttery croissants to create a rich and indulgent breakfast or brunch dish.
Croissant French Toast can be customized with various toppings and fillings to suit your taste preferences, making it a versatile choice for breakfast or brunch gatherings.
Use slightly stale croissants as they absorb custard better without becoming overly soggy. Don't soak croissants for too long; a quick dip is sufficient to prevent them from falling apart.
To store leftover croissant French toast effectively, Place the cooled French toast in an airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days. Wrap each piece of French toast in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place them in a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 1 month.
When ready to eat, thaw frozen slices in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat them in a microwave at 30-second intervals until warmed through, or for best results, reheat in a hot buttered skillet on the stove until crispy.
