Heat oil in a pan, fry beef on medium-high heat until the natural liquid in the meat evaporates completely....

Fry meat to golden brown then add onions, ginger and garlic.. Stir and cook until onions soften

Add water, stir and bring to a boil

Add tomatoes, and stir cover and simmer on medium heat.

Add carrots, potatoes and water. Cover and simmer on medium heat

When water reduces, stir well, and turn off the heat and sprinkle with dhania. Serve hot
