2 cupsorganic beef broth, watch salt content
1 tspred wine or apple cider vinegar
1 tspbalsamic vinegar
2 tsporganic molasses
1/2 tsponion powder
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1 tspfish sauce
to tastepepper & ginger

Simmer everything together EXCEPT for fish sauce, 7-9 minutes. Reduce to half.When finished cooking add fish sauce
