Steps

Wash broccoli and spinach. Strain it well.

Heat butter in a pan, add chopped green chillie, add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Add broccoli, oats, almonds and saute for 2 minutes.

Add 3 cups of water, let it boil for sometime.

Add spinach and boil for 5 minutes.strain it and keep the vegetables stock aside.

Grind Vegetables and prepare thick paste. Transfer to a pan, add vegetable stock.

Add milk, cheese slice, stir well and boil, add salt, black pepper powder and mix herbs, give a nice mix.

Boil for 1 minutes. Serve hot yummy, healthy and nutritious soup, Garnish with chilli flakes and grated almonds.
