First of all take soyabean and add in hot water for 5 minutes then squeeze it and remove water.now keep kadai on medium flame and then add oil and make tadka with cumin seeds and mustard seeds.now add chopped onion and soute it till onion become transparent.

Then add chopped tomato and side by side add kanda lasun masala turmeric powder garam masala and salt mix it well and then add water when water is boiling add soyabean in it.

Now mix it well.at the end add Chopped coriander leaves.serve it with chapati roti or rice.
