  3. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  4. 1-2 teaspoonsaunf
  5. 1/2 teaspoonchill powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoondhaniya powder
  9. 2 teaspoonsoil
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoonhing

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes and shop them finally, peel the peas and wash them and keep aside. add Tadka of Jeera hing and turmeric. Let it splutter then add Aloo and peas.

    To this add salt chilli powder amchur

    Dhanya powder mix well cover and Cook till soft. Serve with hot roti.
