2 clovesgarlic chopped
1/2 lbbacon chopped small

Placed rinsed clean beans in crock pot. Cover with water.

Add remaining ingredients and cook till tender.

Serve whole not mashed in separate bowl like soup, but as a side dish. Yum! Yum! and so easy.
