Nacho salad alternative

I created this entirely by accident by making a salad using fresh ingredients I had, then adding the leftovers to my nacho dish when I wasn't feeling like cooking meat and wanted something lighter.
The flavours blend together and balance each other out because it is a mix of sweet, salty, zesty, and bitter flavours.
A good meal for summer in hot weather and quick to make. You can easily substitute the ingredients or eat it without any cheese, which makes it perfect as a dairy-free meal, and it's vegetarian-friendly. 🥗 🌮 🦸♂️🦸♀️

Dice the Cucumber and apple on a chopping board

Place doritos in a circle on a plate with cheese sprinkled on top and put in the microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute, depending on how melted you want your cheese!

Place the diced Cucumber and apple in a bowl and add the Coleslaw, plum sauce and extra cheese (optional). Mix it all together in the bowl to get the ingredients and sauce blended

When the chips are ready, add the salad to the centre of your plate and add the dollops of cream cheese to the chips. Vóila 😋 Enjoy!
