Finely chop Mustard Greens

In heated pan add Oil, allow to heat, add Nigella seeds and allow to crackle, then add chopped Mustard greens + green chilli and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes under low flame, uncover and cook further till moisture evaporates. Lastly add Ghee and mix well.
Dish is done.
