Take green moong and yellow dal and wash it. then soak in enough water and to cover it for 2 hours. Now add in a mixture jar and add required water and make idli Batter.

Now add green chilli, ginger and garlic in a mixture jar and roughly crush it and add in the better.add turmeric powder and salt mix it well.

Now boil 2 cups of water in a Kadai or a steamer on gas on medium flame. Grease the Idli stand with few oil.

Add oil, baking soda and lemon juice ang spindly stir the batter and put two tablespoon better in idlistand.now tape it 2-3 time and put on the steamer.

Now cover it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes and then check with toothpick. if it comes clean, so our idli is ready.now let's cool down.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. now add mustard seed, Hing, white till, chopped curry leaves and chilli powder.
Then add Idli roast both side. - 7
So let's enjoy with chutni or catch up our healthy and nutrition Idli.
