Parboil your noodles in boiling water for about 4 to 6 mins Or till a bit above halfway done and drain in a basket.

While your noodles are parboiling, cut up your veggies and protein and set them aside.

In your pan. Put about half a cup of water. Your salt, bullion cube, curry, thyme, turmeric, ginger powder and few pieces of diced onions. Bring to a boil for about 5 to 7

Once the chicken is boiled properly. Take it out and in the same pan add vegetable oil and put back the chicken then fry till golden brown

Take out the chicken once golden brown, set aside and add in your diced up chicken sausages. And fry for about 2 mins

Take out your sausages. Add in your onions and garlic.

Add your chopped up scotch bonnet peppers and tomatoes fry for a min

Add in your greens. Seasoning packet from the noodles, turmeric powder and ginger powder.

Allow everything fry for about a min or two while you stir.

Add in your carrots and allow to fry for another minute.

Add your parboiled noodles to the mixture,add your proteins, stir and allow to cook for about 2 mins.

Stir for another minute plate up your meal and enjoy.
