Place the crackers on a plate. Wet your hands with cold water, scoop a small amount of maltose syrup, and spread it on a cracker. Sprinkle some plum powder over the maltose.

[Tip] Maltose syrup is very sticky, so wet your hands with cold water or use a bamboo stick to scoop it.
