First, heat oil in a pan and when it is hot, add the dried chilies and fry until golden brown... In the same oil, add the urad dal and fry until golden brown...

Add coconut to it and fry well to remove moisture... Turn off the stove and let it cool.

Once the coconut has cooled, add everything that was fried in a mixer jar, along with tamarind and salt, and grind it well...

This chutney does not require any seasoning... You can take this chutney with you when you travel... It will not spoil for a long time...
