This greens is one of my favourite. I cook this in many ways. This one particularly is the simplest.
Generally I have never seen getting pumpkin greens in market, mostly we get from own or neighbours’ gardens.

Generally I have never seen getting pumpkin greens in market, mostly we get from own or neighbours’ gardens.
Steps

Clean the leaves. Boil the roasted dal with 1 cup water.
- 2
When the dal is half cooked, add the finely chopped greens and salt. Cook until dal is cooked.

In a pan heat oil, temper with mustard seeds, crushed garlic and red chilli. Mix the boiled dal & greens.
- 4
Serve with white rice and pickle.
