Ingredients

30 minutes
3 people
  1. 1 cupgrated broccoli 🥦
  2. 1.5 cupmashed bolied patoto
  3. 1/2 cupcrumble paneer
  4. 2 tea spoongrated ginger 🫚
  5. 1finely chopped green chilli 🌶
  6. Oil for frying
  7. 2 table spoonrice flour
  8. Salt, 1 teaspoon red chill and coriander powder
  9. 1 tea spoondry mango powder
  10. 1/2 tea spoongaram masala and kasuri methi
  11. 6-7 piecescashewnut

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and grate broccoli. Mashed potato and crumble paneer. Grate ginger. In a bowl add all wet ingredients.

    Now add dry spices and rice flour. Mix all very well with hands. Now add 2 teaspoon oil. (it's optional)

    Now make patties with the help of mould. In non-stick pan do shallow fry one by one.

    For precautions I roll the patties into dry flour to avoid burst. Before frying I put the single piece of cashewnut on patties. On low or high flame according to patties fry it gently.

    Serve it with sweet and sour chutney, as you wish. A healthy and nutritious cusine is ready for everyone.
