Easy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 8 cbite size broccoli florets (about 3 heads) rinsed and dried well
  2. 1 cchopped bacon (optional)
  3. 1/2 cdry roasted sunflower kernels
  4. 1 cdried cranberries
  5. 1/2 cfinely diced red onions
  6. 1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  7. 1 1/2 cmayonnaise (or 18oz bottle)
  8. 3 Tapple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  9. 3 Tsugar
  10. Refrigerate overnight

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, bacon, sunflower kernels, cranberries, onion and cheese. Set aside

    In a small bowl, make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar

  3. 3

    Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to combine

  4. 4

    Cover and refrigerate for about an hour. Toss again before serving
