Chinese Vegetable Vermicelli

This recipe was invented just to satisfy my frequent cravings for hakka noodles but as we all know having chinese frequently is not good for health so here is a very healthy and super tasty version of Chinese vermicelli with loads of veggies to satisfy your taste buds. Chinese Vegetable Vermicelli
This recipe was invented just to satisfy my frequent cravings for hakka noodles but as we all know having chinese frequently is not good for health so here is a very healthy and super tasty version of Chinese vermicelli with loads of veggies to satisfy your taste buds. Hopefully you will enjoy making and eating this recipe 😋

Firstly finely chop and keep all the above-mentioned veggies ready - onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, beans, corn, peas etc. I have used all the seasonal veggies, you may add veggies as per your wish.

Now heat oil in a kadai and add all the veggies. Mix well and saute for 1-2 mins. Do not overcook the veggies as we need to retain the crunchiness of these veggies

Now add Schezwan Sauce and red chilli sauce to these veggies. Mix well

Now add salt and hot water. Bring the entire mixture to a nice boil.

Finally add roasted Vermicelli and give it a nice mix.

Let the vermicelli absorb all the water and keep stirring to avoid sticking of the vermicelli add a bit of chaat masala at this point to add a bit of tanginess. Trust me it tastes good.

Hot piping chinese version of vermicelli is ready for serving
