Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

Unroll the first sheet of puff pastry and prick it all over with a fork.

Spread the whisky cream over the pastry and place the fève (trinket) inside.

Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and brush with the egg wash.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

Use a sharp knife to create a decorative pattern of your choice on top.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven.

Let cool slightly and enjoy.
