Ofada Jollof and smoked fish Veg

Blend tomatoes, pepper, tatashe, garlic, ginger and onions and set aside

Parboil ofada rice the normal way with a lot of water; allow to cook for 15 minutes. Then pour out and wash thoroughly with clean water then set aside in a sieve.

Per boil blended tomatoes and once its drying up add vegetable oil and fry for another 7 to 10mins.

Once the tomato is well fried, add smoked chicken, stock cube, curry, salt then about 1 cups of water, (you can add a little more water later). Stir and taste, then add the rice and cover to cook.

Cook till the rice is soft, tender and dried up, turn off heat and serve with vegetable sauce.
