    Firstly wash the Ginger 2-3 time properly. Then dry with kitchen towel. Now cut it into thin pieces.

    Spread the chopped ginger evenly on a plate or cotton cloth and keep it out to dry in the sunlight for 2-3 days.

    After 2-3 days, when it has completely lost moisture and has turned crisp and dry, use a grinder to turn it into fine powder. Store it in an airtight jar.
