
Pasta with tuna and olives in tomato sauce

Begin boiling water for pasta, add in when water is at a rolling boil and cook per package instructions. While water heats up and the pasta cooks, bring the sauce together.

Heat about 1 tbsp olive oil, passata, chopped chilies until warmly fragrant.

Smash or chop olives while sauce warms. Add in tuna and olives and cook a few more minutes. Once pasta is just shy of done, remove from the water and toss in sauce to coat. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, herbs, cheese, and cream. Serve promptly, drizzle some finishing oil or lemon juice on top.
