Steps

Fry the meat in 4 tbsp of olive oil on medium heat until it’s cooked and it’s natural occurring water is evaporated, cut onion and garlic cloves and add in the steel pot to sauté.

Then add the blended tomatoes and vinegar. Add salt and taste it along the cookery until the taste is slightly salty. Add ketchup and salan masala too

Add 1 cup of water in the mixture and sauté to mix the ingredients together and cook it on medium heat.

Put it on low heat until the meat tenderises.

In a separate pot, add butter and melt it on low heat and add flour in it until the texture is rough, after adding milk add cheeses and salt, oregano, black pepper, Ginger powder and whisk it until the consistency is thick.

Boil the lasagna strips with salt in a pot on high heat

Grease the Square Glass Baking Dish with olive oil.

First layer : white sauce
Second layer : Lasagna
Third layer : Meat
Repeat the process
Last layer : Cheddar and mozzarella cheese - 9
Bake it in the oven on medium temperature.
